Last Updated: June 19, 2026
Welcome to Marrow (the "App"). By creating an account, downloading, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the App.
1. Acceptance & Eligibility
By accessing Marrow, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to data processing) and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Nature of Service & Medical Disclaimer
Purpose: Marrow is an AI-powered personal companion designed strictly for lifestyle, entertainment, personal productivity, and organizational purposes.
Not Medical Advice: Marrow is not a licensed medical professional, clinical psychologist, or therapist. The App does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or behavioral health therapy, diagnosis, or treatment.
User Responsibility: You explicitly acknowledge that any conversational output generated by Marrow should not be treated as professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult a qualified professional for critical life decisions.
3. Data Transmission, Privacy & AI Model Training
We take your conversational privacy seriously. Marrow handles your data using the following architecture:
Zero Model Training: Marrow routes your real-time text and live voice calls through the enterprise-grade Google Gemini API service pipeline. In alignment with Google's enterprise data governance, your inputs, prompts, and generated responses are completely isolated and are never used to train future foundation machine learning models.
Long-Term Memory Storage: To enable Marrow's persistent long-term memory feature, contextual summaries of your conversations are securely stored on our private, dedicated server infrastructure.
User Control: You retain the right to request the modification or permanent deletion of your stored contextual memory history at any time through the App's settings.
4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the inputs (text, voice audio, ideas) that you submit to Marrow.
Generated Output: Marrow grants you a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, share, copy, and modify the outputs generated by the AI during your sessions. You are entirely responsible for ensuring that your use of the generated content complies with applicable laws.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Marrow to:
- Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of another's privacy.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, "jailbreak," or purposefully inject malicious system prompts to bypass the safety filters of the underlying AI infrastructure.
- Automate data extraction, scraping, or heavy botting that places an unreasonable load on our backend server infrastructure.
6. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Warranty
Warranty Disclaimer: Marrow is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis. Large Language Models are prone to "hallucinations" (generating factually incorrect or inaccurate statements). We do not guarantee that the AI's responses will always be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.
In no event shall the developers, partners, or affiliates of Marrow be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your reliance on AI-generated content, server downtime, or your use of the live foreground microphone features.
7. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Marrow at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that your account has violated our Acceptable Use Policy or engaged in behavior that threatens the security of our services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of Marrow following the posting of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you have any questions regarding these Terms, you can contact us directly via the support links inside the App.
